Unbreakable X-Men

The Unbreakable X-Men are the mutant wing of the launch roster: Storm's weather control, Wolverine's berserker pressure, Magik's portal setplay, and Danger's AI-driven traps. By our reading of the documented kits it is the most archetype-diverse of the five — zoner, rushdown, setplay and traps in one squad.

That diversity matters because of how Tōkon's 4v4 format works: your point character fights backed by three assists, so a team that covers every range and situation natively gives you an answer to almost anything. On paper that makes the X-Men one of the more self-sufficient default teams; that is our assessment from the kits, not an official ranking.

All four members are on the July open beta roster, which makes this the team with the most public information ahead of the August 6 launch.
